James Wrzesinski Obituary

It is with sadness that the passing of James Wrzesinski (Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania) is shared. James, born on June 5, 1945, passed away on October 10, 2026. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his wife Lucy Wrzesinski; and his brothers, Donald "Reggie" Wrzesinski and Robert "Bobby" Wrzesinski. He is survived by: his children, James Wrzesinski (Mindy), Adrian Skrzycki, Melissa Malloy (Brian) and Dennis Skrzycki (Darcie); his grandchildren, Darren, Brooklyn Wrzesinski, Violet Pearl Skrzycki, Daniel, Meghan Malloy and Julia Skrzycki; and his sister Mary Olup (late Denny).

Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 15th 2026 from 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Thomas J. Gmiter Funeral Home, Inc. (2323 E Carson St, Pittsburgh, PA 15203). A prayer will be held on Friday, October 16th 2026 at 9:00 AM at the same location. A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Friday, October 16th 2026 at 10:00 AM at the St. Adalbert Church (160 S 15th St, Pittsburgh, PA 15203).
