She is survived by: her children, Margaret Ann O'Brien and Robert O'Brien (Tara); her grandsons, Tommy and Danny; her son Terrence O'Brien (Julie); her grandsons, Jack and William; her daughter Betsy Hohlfelder (Alan); her grandchildren, Erin Hohfelder (Ian McCollum), Ben (Alyssa) and Carol Keller (Bill); her great grandchildren, Alex, Jacob and Jessica; Bruce (Melissa), Kelly and Kevin (Kaitlin). She is also survived by husband's great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to the Westminster Presbyterian Endowment and Special Gifts Fund or the Janis Davis Scholarship Fund at Providence Point.
