He is survived by: his parents, John Mallery and Linda Mallery (Barnard); the mothers of children, Cassey Newberry, Candice Livella and Ashley Ramsey; his children, Kyara Mallery (Shamar Bullett), Jaden Mallery, Morgan Newberry, Jaelynn Mallery and Jayce Mallery; his grandchildren, Novah Bullett and Maddux Bullett; his siblings, Lisa Mayhue (Russell) and Michael Mallery (Jennifer); and his nieces and nephews, Bradley Mayhue (Savannah Esmaili), Taylor Massar (Tyler), Nathaniel Mallery (Ashton Harper) and Hunter Mallery (Mikaila). He is also survived by aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
