He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Blow Sr. and Jean Blow; and his close friend Lay Lay Stitt. He is survived by: his daughter Jayla Stitt; his stepsons, Romare Stitt (Michelle) and Mario Stitt (Clairissa); his grandchildren, Jahyier Smith, Nariah Smith and Bre'lle Stitt; his great grandchild Nyier Smith; and his siblings, Terri Blow (Robert), Thomas Blow Jr. (Laverne) and Kelly Nwaokolo (Dena Freeman). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, family and friends.
