Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved Jean Hemphill of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, born in Denison, Kansas, who passed away at the age of 100, on April 10, 2022. She was predeceased by: her parents, William Linton and Vida Linton (Cathcart); her husband Willard E. Hemphill; her son William E. Hemphill (Mary Lou); and her brother-in-law Roy McDonald.
She is survived by: her sons, Rev. Robert L. Hemphill (Cheryl) of Laramie and James W. Hemphill (Gail) of Beltsville, Maryland; her grandchildren, Johanna O'Sullivan (Sean) of Windsor, Mary Eve Hemphill (Joe) of St. Louis, Paul Hemphill (Megan) of Fresno, Lindsey Alder (Joe) of University Park, Samuel Hemphill (Michelle) of Beltsville, Emily Severin (Jovan) of Laurel and Andrew Hemphill; and her sister Frances McDonald of Beaver Falls. She is also survived by fifteen great-grandchildren.
