Jennie Galassi Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jennie Galassi (Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania), who passed away on July 30, 2025, at the age of 92, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husbands, Clement Lombardo and Pasquale Galassi; her son Dominic Lombardo; and her brother Joseph Martinez. She is survived by: her children, Carol Lee Kelly, Dino Lombardo, Clement Lombardo, Carla Lombardo-Ehrich (David) and Carlo Lombardo (Monique Haas); her grandchildren, James (Elizabeth), Jessica, Dominic, Samantha (Steven), Dina, Cara, Sergio and Jordan; her great grandchildren, Jamie, Jesse, Harloe, Charlotte and Sergio; and her siblings, Gloria Donatelli, Frankie Martinez and Rosita Martinez. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, August 3rd 2025 from 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Walter J. Zalewski Funeral Home (216 44th St, Pittsburgh, PA 15201). A funeral service will be held on Monday, August 4th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
