She was predeceased by: her husband Fred J. Hoffman; her parents, William Sherrick and Margaret Sherrick; and her aunt Gertrude O'Donnell. She is survived by: her children, Kurt Hoffman (Patti), Paul Hoffman (Michelle), Gail Kepple (Richard) and Stacy Hoffman; her grandsons, James and Robert Hoffman; and her cousin Cathy O'Brien (Terry). She is also survived by her family and many friends.
