He was predeceased by: his son John; his parents, Joseph Arndt and Catherine Arndt (Swearingen); his parents-in-law, Val and Mathlida Campbell (Czepiel); his siblings, Joseph Arndt (Evelyn) and Kathy Flaherty; and his siblings-in-law, Val and Bill Campbell.
He is survived by: his wife Mary Ann Arndt (Campbell); his children, Lynn Atkinson (Al), Sue Fahrner (late Donald), Caroline Alauzen (Steve) and James Arndt (Rosemarie); and his sister-in-law Kathy Efthimiades (late Tom). He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and friends.
