With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of John R. Cappetta of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on December 13, 2025. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his wife Dolores Cappetta. He is survived by: his children, Jeff Cappetta (Jennifer Ruby), Leslie Jacovino (Frank) and John Samuel Cappetta (Renee); his grandchildren, Carla, Chad, Curt, Kenzie, Kelsie, Todd (Jessica), Patrick and Alyssa; his great grandchildren, Tommy, Charlotte, Luca, Gia, Hayden, Zoey and Elliana; and his brother Patrick Cappetta (Pat).
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, December 17th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Pittsburgh Cremation & Funeral Care (5405 Steubenville Pike, McKees Rocks, PA 15136). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, December 17th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
