He is survived by: his children, Jeff Cappetta (Jennifer Ruby), Leslie Jacovino (Frank) and John Samuel Cappetta (Renee); his grandchildren, Carla Brennan (TJ), Chad Jacovino (Rachel), Curt Jacovino (Heather Frye), Kenzie Walker (Zach), Kelsie Cappetta, Todd Cappetta (Jessica), Patrick Cappetta and Alyssa Cappetta; his great grandchildren, Tommy, Charlotte, Luca, Gia, Hayden, Zoey and Elliana; and his brother Patrick Cappetta (Pat).
