He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Barbara M. Carlin; his parents, Seville Rosa and John C. Carlin; his siblings-in-law, John C. Michak (Reta) and Patricia Cellone (Randy); his nieces and nephews, Whitney Adams (Matthew), Nicole Cellone, Kristin Lindquist (Thomas) and Brandon Cellone (Joanna); his great-nieces and great-nephews, Eliana, Maeve, Nolan, Emmeline, Hunter, Michael and Samantha; and his close friends, Mercer, Scully and Weiner.

In lieu of flowers, remembrances may be made to the Carnegie Library of Pittsburgh, Brentwood Branch, 3501 Brownsville Road, PGH, PA 15227.
