He was predeceased by: his wife Bertha Dixon (Hufnagel); and his siblings, Louis, William, Thomas, Chester Dixon and Virginia Usnik.
He is survived by: his sons, Edward and Robert Dixon (Valerie); his granddaughter Rebecca; and his siblings, Frank and Russell Dixon.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, July 20th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the William F. Conroy Funeral Home, Inc. (2944 Chartiers Ave, Pittsburgh, PA 15204). The military honors will be held on Wednesday, July 23rd 2025 at 12:30 PM at the National Cemetery of the Alleghenies (1158 Morgan Rd, Bridgeville, PA 15017).
