He was predeceased by: his spouse Maylena Walsh; his parents, Eileen Walsh and Lawrence J. Wernecke; and his cousins, Richard and Cheryl "Sherry" Woods.
He is survived by: his children, Casey Walsh and Ryan Walsh (Danielle); his grandchild Maylena; his brother James T. Walsh; and his cousin Donna Dzikowski (Anthony). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, family and beloved friends.
Visitation will be held on Monday, June 30th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Thomas J. Gmiter Funeral Home, Inc. (2323 E Carson St, Pittsburgh, PA 15203). A prayer will be held on Monday, June 30th 2025 at 8:00 PM at the same location.
