He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Kathleen E. Gahagan and John L. "Jack" Gahagan Sr.; his wife Anna Gahagan (Patsilevas); his children, Janna Gahagan and John L. Gahagan III (Elizabeth); his grandchildren, Kennedy and Isaiah; and his siblings, Michael Gahagan (Janet) and Mary Eckert (Tod). He was also cherished by uncle to his nieces and nephews.
