He is survived by: his daughters, Susan VanAlstine (Michael) and Kristin Jakubowski; his grandson Robert Dickson; the mother of his children Helen Jakubowski; his sister Janet Jai (Richard); his sibling's children, Brian Jakubowski (Diane), Stacey Caughey (Pete) and Terri Jakubowski; his great-nieces and great-nephews, Daniel Jakubowski, Zach Caughey, Audrey Jakubowski and Julia Fazio; his aunt Ethel Ganczak; his cousin Ted Ganczak (Loraine); and his friends, Sean Murrin and Kenny Hillman. He is also survived by his family and friends.
