Bush (Brittany) of Butler, PA; his grandchildren, Michael Diana, Olivia, Grace, Sophia, Avery Bush Bennet, Aiden and Connor John Bush; his former wives, Terri White and Kim Cato Bush; his nephews, David (Jamie), Matthew (Kristine) and Michael Neely (Anne); and his niece Barbara Bush (Steve). He is also survived by nine great nieces and great nephews.
