He was predeceased by: his parents, Helen Mann, (Clark) and John F. Mann, Sr.; his son John F. Mann, III; and his siblings, Beverly Mueller and James Mann.

He is survived by: his wife Patricia Mann (Dietz); his son Brian A. (Heather Mann) of Upper St; and his grandsons, Ethan John Mann and Owen James Mann.

“John and I were first cousins as his dad and my dad were brothers. He was the first son on his side and I was the last on mine. We connected up in March of 2018. I just want to say that I really treasured our relationship for these 8 years. John and Pat sent stories and photos of my relatives that I didn't much remember as we moved all my life as my dad was in the Navy. We ended up in California so I never had much of a memory of family in PA. Anyway my heartfelt condolences to you. Ron Mann”
