He was predeceased by: his parents, Ann O'Leary and David O'Leary; his father-in-law Robert Lee MD; and his sister-in-law Maria Lee. He is survived by: his wife Margie Lee O'Leary; his son David O'Leary; his daughter-in-law Sandra Alhaj MD; his mother-in-law Kathleen Lee; and his siblings, Jeanne Nedwidek (Frank), Barbara Burton (Mark), Dave (Patty), Frank (Kelly Hardon) and Ann McLeod.
