He was predeceased by: his parents, George Powell of Valencia and Joyce Powell of Butler; and his brother-in-law John Cusack of Sewell, NJ.. He is survived by: his wife Phyllis Powell of Pittsburgh; his children, Timothy Powell (Traci) of Pittsburgh and Kimberly Majewski (Bob) of Glenshaw; his grandchildren, Haylie Majewski and Coulton Powell; his siblings, Linda Cusack of Sewell, NJ, William Powell (Leslie) of Valencia, Sandra Brugere (Thomas) of Renfrew, Sharon Blitzer (Rob) of Alexandria, VA and Jen Messina of Valencia; and his sister-in-law Debbie Zucconi of Belle Vernon. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
