He is survived by: his mother Barbara Slade; his close friend Gerry; and his siblings, Leonard G. Slade, Jr. (Natalie), Michael Anthony Slade, Cheley Jones (Michael), Darnell Slade, Mae Denise Slade, Linda Slade and Reginald Slade. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
