He is survived by: his wife Virginia E. Ursin; his children, Cheryl Wood (Brad) of Dublin, OH and Kim Jusino (Arnold) of Wexford, PA.; his grandchildren, Lauren Mach (Alex) of Dublin, OH, Evan Wood (Ella) of Chicago, IL, Hailey, Julia and Kristen Jusino of Wexford; and his great grandchildren, Kaley and Madelynn Mach.
