He was predeceased by: his parents, Peter Jeffrey and Elizabeth Zecher Jeffrey; and his sibling Romaine Lutz. He is survived by: his wife Karen A. Balog Jeffrey; his children, Carol Jeffrey, Ann Steele (Jason) and Gary Jeffrey (Valerie); his brothers, Peter Jeffrey (Judith), Anthony Jeffrey (Valerie) and James Jeffrey; his children, Jayce Steele of Anthony and Kaitlyn Raykovics (Bryan); and his great grandchild Paisley Grace Raykovics.
