He was predeceased by: his parents, Eugene Brennan and Matilda Brennan (Eichorn); and his wife Margaret. He is survived by: his children, Elizabeth Leahew (Richard K.), Erin Brennan (Karin Halterman) and Christopher Brennan (Rebecca); his grandchildren, Amanda O'Farrell (Thomas), Richard Leahew, Jr. (Samantha Folmer), Joseph Leahew (Carrie), C. J. Brennan, Shamus Brennan and Casey Brennan; and his great grandchildren, Abigail O'Farell, Colin O'Farrell, Finnegan Leahew, Hadley Leahew, Jackson Leahew and Julianne Leahew.
