He was predeceased by: his parents, Stanley (Mary Salvaggio) and Heiser, Sr.; and his brothers, Ronald and Stanley Heiser. He is survived by: his son Charles Heiser (Felisa); his grandsons, Charles Heiser, Jr. (Tara) and Frederick Heiser (Summer); his great grandchild Isabella Heiser; and his nieces, Mikie Ann Heiser (Ronnie), Anita Kuznar (Michael) and Gina Kuznar (Justin). He is also survived by numerous cousins and friends.
