He is survived by: his wife Dorothy Jackovic (Mislevy); his children, Mark Jackovic (Kim), Elizabeth Jackovic (Gary Spritz), Marcy Jackovic, Chad Kalkowski, Andrew Jackovic (Janis), Allen Jackovic (Theresa), Mary Grace Thompson (James) and Anne Moskal (Eric); and his siblings, Jack, Bernadette Maynard and Thomas. He is also survived by sixteen grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.
