He was predeceased by: his wife Deborah Kevish. He is survived by: his children, Brandy Ofciarcik Perez and Kalie Ofciarcik; and his siblings, Joann Hamer (Kevish), John Kevish and Richard Kevish. He is also survived by spouses; his seven grandchildren; and numerous nieces, nephews, extended family, and friends.
