He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Kumanchik and Gertrude Kumanchik (Ingold); and his brother Robert Kumanchik (late Joyce). He is survived by: his spouse Shirley Kumanchik (Cannizzaro); his children, Loreen "Lori" Pace (late Tony), Kelly Crispino, Steve Kumanchik (Judy), P. J. Kumanchik (Tracy) and Joey (Holly Sheridan); his brother Phillip Kumanchik (Diane); and his sisters-in-law, Vicky Iarussi (Chuck) and Linda Iarussi (Joe). He is also survived by grandchildren and five (5) great-grandchildren.
