He was predeceased by: his parents, Eleanor M. Turner and Charles W. Turner; and his sister Denise J. Wolf. He is survived by: his siblings, Charles E. Martin of Florida, Debra A. Collins of Canonsburg and Tracy L. Turner of Washington; and his uncle Louis E. Marriner of Washington. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and friends.
