It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Joycelyn Thomas of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, who passed away on November 12, 2022, at the age of 73, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Otis C. Thomas and Katie Mae Thomas (Howze); her spouse Prentice E. of Washington; and her brother Larry O. Thomas. She is survived by: her child Jerelyn R. Thomas; and her sister Jacqueline Allie. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
