She was predeceased by: her parents, William Rhodes and Helen Rhodes (Sharp); her husband Alfred W. Haines, Jr.; and her son Ryan Haines. She is survived by: her children, Jason Haines (Sharon) of Murrysville, Heather Santucci of Monroeville, Amber Baker (David) of Murrysville and Holly Haines of Highland Park; her grandchildren, Jason, Justin, Alexis, Spencer and Jack; her boyfriend George A. Berquist of Elizabeth Township; and her sister Sharon Kern (Bill Veverka) of North Huntingdon. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
