She was predeceased by: her parents, Andrew Hornack and Anna Hornack; and her brother Andrew. She is survived by: her husband Michael H. Mellish; her children, Shelly Locante (Jefferey) and Michael H. Mellish II; her grandchildren, Kelsey Lauren and Phebe Catherine Locante; and her sister Debbie.
Visitation will be held on Monday, July 28th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Thomas P. Kunsak Funeral Home, Inc. (3552 California Ave, Pittsburgh, PA 15212). A funeral service will be held on Monday, July 28th 2025 at 4:00 PM at the same location.
