She was predeceased by: her husband William H. Powderly, III; and her sister Sarah Byrnes (Sally). She is survived by: her children, William H. Powderly IV (Frances) of New Hope, PA, Katherine C. Farrell of Bradford, PA, Robert B. Powderly (Mary Jo) of Ross Twp and Karen P. Sisler (late T. Barry Sisler, Jr.) of Waynesburg, PA; and her siblings, Ann Shanahan and Edward G. Byrnes, Jr. (Nancy). She is also survived by five grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
