As Kenneth departs from this earthly realm, his essence lingers — a whisper on the wind, a ripple on the water — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of life and death. Though Kenneth may no longer walk beside us, his spirit lives on in the memories and the legacy Kenneth leaves behind.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Wendell Paul and Ruth Elizabeth Bowsher (Goble); his wife Bonnie Lou Carroll; his sons, Charles Wendell Bowsher and Kenneth Paul Bowsher, Jr.; and his brother Michael Bowsher.
He is survived by: his children, Connie L. Bowsher and Ashelia S. Bowsher of Pittsburgh; and his sister Carol Walsh.
A graveside service will be held on Tuesday, November 11th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Floral Hills Memory Gardens (4284 US-23, Chillicothe, OH 45601).
