He was predeceased by: his parents, Charlie Sr. Woods and Eugene Woods (Cole). He is survived by: his daughter Chiquita Prince; his grandchildren, Zantaya "Grannypoo" Woods, Zy'Qyan "Pudamans" Woods, Ken'Nyrah, Casperman Ball, Travion Swoaks, Ta'liah Cristler, Trashon Cristler and Noaha Berry; his great grandchildren, Za'mira, Za'Kir and Za'Nora Swoaks; his brother Robert Woods (late JoAnne); his goddaughter Kelli Reynolds; his niece Kathleen Marshall; and his caregiver Latoya "Mama Toya" Ball.
