We are sad to announce that on April 24, 2024, Kevin J. Altomari (Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

As we bid Kevin farewell, let us not mourn the absence of his physical form, but rather celebrate the essence of his spirit that lingers in the spaces between moments. For Kevin is not truly gone, but merely transformed, his energy intertwined with the fabric of the universe itself, forever dancing among the stars.

He was loved and cherished by many people including : his wife Cindy Altomari; his parents, Lena Altomari and Joseph A. Altomari; his sister Roxanne Markle (Howard); and his stepchildren, Alayna Hanek and Zachary Hanek. He was also cherished by brothers and sisters-in-law and nieces and nephews.

Visitation was held on Friday, April 26th 2024 from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the John A. Freyvogel Sons, Inc. (4900 Centre Ave, Pittsburgh, PA 15213). A Mass of Christian burial was held on Saturday, April 27th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the Saint Paul Cathedral. A reception was held on Saturday, April 27th 2024 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Devonshire Street.
