He was predeceased by: his parents, Anna Mae and Daniel O'Leary; and his siblings, Daniel and Leary. He is survived by: his siblings, Karen Dinkfelt (Jerry), Mary Ann Unger (George), Patrick O'Leary and Kathleen Chenot (Fred).
