He was loved and cherished by many people including: his spouse Leslie Phillips; his children, Dylan and Olivia Phillips; his mother Melva Phillips (Chizer); his sister Melissa Phillips; his siblings' children, Jimmy Gilbert, Sonny McCuean, Trevor Graham, Emily Insalaco, Mason and Cait Hallam; his parents-in-law, Pat and Patty Hallam; his father David Phillips; his sister Stacey Phillips; his nephews, Erik Gilbert and Lukas Graham; and his grandparents, George, Theda Phillips, Andrew and Clara Chizer.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, July 23rd 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Soxman Funeral Homes, Ltd. (7450 Saltsburg Rd, Pittsburgh, PA 15235).
