She was predeceased by: her husband Samuel R. "Sammy" Bell; her parents, Jack L. Horner Sr. and Dorothy Horner (Yaksich); and her siblings, Jack Horner Jr., Catherine Place (Horner) of Ohio and Carol Horner of Massachusetts.
She is survived by: her stepsister Mary Anne Hager of Alabama; her siblings-in-law, Valerie Johnston (late Jimmy) and Sandy Netzel (Ray); her child Freedom; and her friend Bill W..
Visitation was held on Monday, July 28th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Brusco-Napier Funeral Service, Ltd. (2201 Bensonia Ave, Pittsburgh, PA 15216). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, July 29th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Brusco-Napier Funeral Home (2201 Bensonia Ave, Pittsburgh, PA 15216). A burial was held on Tuesday, July 29th 2025 at the St. George Serbian Orthodox Cemetery (790 Stewart Ave, Pittsburgh, PA 15227).
