It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Laurie B. Culbertson (Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania), born in Squirrel Hill, Pennsylvania, who passed away on January 15, 2023, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her brother John P. Batchelar (Jackie). She is survived by: her family Ontario; her husband John; her children, Libby (Johannes), Jay and Lolly (Paul); her grandchildren, Oskar, Will, Topher Ernharth, Reed and Phoebe Errickson; and her brother David Batchelar (Cari).
A lover of the outdoors and a believer in experiential education for young women, the family requests that donations be made in memory of Laurie to Camp Ak-O-Mak http://www.campakomak.com the outdoor girls' camp that influenced the lives of her daughters and granddaughters.
