He was predeceased by: his parents, Boris Chorney and Helen Chorney (Kachmar); his son Leonard David Chorney; and his siblings, Ann Mitchell, Andrew, Peter, John, Michael, Stella Stevens, Olga Lewis and Boris Jr..
He is survived by: his sons, Michael and Todd; his grandchildren, Crystal (Michael), Leonard [Richelle], Logan, Lance, Kacie (Brandon) and Alyssa (Hunter); and his daughter-in-law Colleen Duggan Chorney. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
