Lidia DeFelice Obituary

With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Lidia DeFelice (Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania), whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on July 5, 2025 at the age of 74. She was predeceased by: her parents, Donato Pollice and Gemma Pollice; her brother Nicola Pollice; her daughter Stella DeFelice; and her parents-in-law, Stella and Mauro DeFelice.

She is survived by: her husband Nello DeFelice; her siblings, Rosina and Mario; and her niece Laura Fassinger. She is also survived by cousins, nieces, nephews, and friends.

Visitation was held on Tuesday, July 8th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the John N. Elachko Funeral Home (3447 Dawson St, Pittsburgh, PA 15213). A Mass of Christian burial was held on Wednesday, July 9th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the St. Paul Cathedral (105 N Dithridge St, Pittsburgh, PA 15213).
