We are sad to announce that on April 23, 2023, at the age of 86, Loretta Frances Hanek of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was loved and cherished by many people including: her husband Fred Hanek; and her sons, Fredric Hanek (Michele), Rick Hanek and George Adamson (Mary Jo). She was also cherished by grandmother to her 6 grandchildren, Great grandmother to her 7 great grandchildren.
