He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Eugene Phillips and Kathleen. He is survived by: his parents, Gregory Phillips and Kathleen Phillips (Mader); his siblings, Christi Paul (Jeff) and Lazz Tantalo (Robyn); his nieces and nephews, Christian, Aldi, Theodore and Rayna; and his grandparents, Angeline and Joseph Mader. He is also survived by loving aunts, uncles, cousins, family and friends.
