She was predeceased by: her father Leonard Boscia. She is survived by: her mother Mary Carter (late Rich); her children, Jordan Boscia and Shane Perry; her siblings, Leonard Jr. (late Robin) and Beth Blackhall; her husband David Perry; her pets, Makita and Kaveah; and her niece Sissy. She is also survived by her nephews, cousins, extended family and many friends.
