She was predeceased by: her parents, Willie Chappell and Melzy Chappell (Rooks); and her husband Harry B. Tucker. She is survived by: her children, Lemuel (Debra) and Penny Tucker; and her sibling Melzy Chappell. She is also survived by many loving nieces, nephews, and friends.
