She was predeceased by: her siblings, Steven W. Theis (Raine) and Catherine Theis Sutula; and her parents, Francis W. Theis and Helen J. Wickizer Theis. She is survived by: her children, Christopher D. Atkinson and Suzanne M. Atkinson, MD (late Michael Brown); her grandsons, Maxwell C. and Samuel P. Atkinson; and her siblings, Philip Theis (Linda) and Elizabeth Theis McNulty. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
