She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Hornick and Cecelia Hornick (Trunak) of Cheswick, PA.. She is survived by: her significant other Leroy Johnston of Hookstown, PA; her children, Jonathan Berger of Pittsburgh and Jennifer Berger Cohen of Marlton, NJ; her grandson Alexander Cohen of Philadelphia, PA; and her stepdaughters, Linda Wilson and Joyce Miller. She is also survived by nieces and nephews and great-nieces and nephews.
