She is survived by: her parents, Vincent Czachowski Jr. and Kristen Greenwald; her siblings, Dylan Czachowski (Nicolette), Hunter Czachowski, Madison Hoffield, Taylor Czachowski and Evan Czachowski; her grandparents, Vincent, Joann Czachowski Sr., Dennis, Jennifer Matthews, Charles and Kim Vickers; her nephew Dante Hoffield; and her stepmother Linda Czachowski. She is also survived by many aunts, uncles and cousins.
