She was predeceased by: her parents, John Blazina and Helen Blazina (Ruyechan); and her sister Elaine Koricich. She is survived by: her siblings, John Blazina (Lillian) and Kathleen Carr (Robert); her nephew Robert Carr; and her brother-in-law Joe Koricich.
