She was predeceased by: her parents, Pasquale DeFazio and Marianne DeFazio; her sister Dr. Rosemarie Pucci (Frank); and her nephew Michael Morvak. She is survived by: her siblings, Constance Jones (Bernard), Pasqualina "Lee" Morvak, Jacqueline Rech (George), John L. DeFazio (Marian), Frank DeFazio (Pauline) and Anthony "Patsy" DeFazio (Marie); her great-niece Kara Albright; her nephew Connor Budd; and also Madison Budd.
