She was predeceased by: her parents, Jerry Sr. Kadavy and Agnes Garbowsky Kadavy; her husband William M. Hickam; her siblings, Jerry Kadavy Jr., Donald J Kadavy and Geraldine Geiger; her son-in-law Thomas Ellis; and her niece Constance Chichester (Geiger).
She is survived by: her daughters, Susan Castellana, Linda Trumbull (Mark) and Diane Ellis. She is also survived by nieces, a loving sister-in-law, and was blessed with eight grandchildren and fourteen great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorials are suggested to Beulah Presbyterian Church or The American Cancer Society.
